SPEAKER'S NOTES

Poster Presentation

  • The poster session consists of the following two sessions:
    Poster Session 1 Tuesday, June 2, 14:00-16:45
    Poster Session 2 Thursday, June 4, 14:00-16:45
  • The poster board is installed in the Poster Session Area. The posters will have a maximum height of 210 cm and a maximum width of 90 cm.
    The secretariat shall provide pushpins to put your poster.
  • Printing service is not available in the Venue.

  • Each poster session is divided into two parts in order to provide ample space for attendees.
  • Authors are requested to be at their poster presentation during the given core time to promote discussion and to answer attendee questions.

[Set-up and removal of posters]

  • The presenters can put/remove their posters at the following schedule.
  • All poster materials will be discarded if not removed from the boards by the given removal time.
